Shipping is free, everywhere. Orders ship from our warehouse partners abroad, so delivery usually takes 1–3 weeks depending on where you are.

You'll enter your shipping address at checkout. If 4 weeks pass and nothing has arrived, write to hello@yourshop.com and we'll chase it or sort you out.

If you're in the EU, you have the legal 14-day right of withdrawal: you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed. Just email hello@yourshop.com, send it back unused in its original packaging (you cover the return postage), and we refund the full product price when it arrives.

If your lamp shows up damaged or not working — wherever you live — that's on us. Send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement for free or refund you, your choice.

Prices are in euros, VAT included where it applies. Square handles the payment and you get an order confirmation by email.

One thing about resin: no two pours come out identical, so expect small variations in the patterns and wood grain versus the photos.

Checkout runs on Square, so your card details and address go to them, not us — we never see or store card numbers.

We only use your details to get your order to you. No selling your data, and this site doesn't use tracking cookies. Want your data deleted? Email hello@yourshop.com.

How long until it arrives? Usually 1–3 weeks. Shipping's free either way.

Is paying here safe? The whole checkout runs on Square (same company behind millions of shops' card readers). We never touch your card details.

It arrived damaged, now what? Email us a photo within 14 days and we'll send a new one free, or refund you. No drama.

How does it turn on? It's USB — plug it into a charger, laptop or power bank and flip the switch.

Changed my mind, can I return it? If you're in the EU, yes — 14 days from delivery, unused and in its packaging, you pay the return postage.
